Technology sparks my curiosity. I enjoy understanding how things work, then asking what could be done differently. When I meet a new challenge, I listen first, learn quickly, and look for ideas beyond the obvious.

Trust and respect matter to me. They are the foundation of a good team. They make it easier to share ideas and do good work together. I’m hands-on and like to turn those ideas into something real. When a problem gets difficult, I stay with it and work with the team until we find a way through.
